On this edition of #urbanchickchat, we sit down with two of our favorite fitness professionals in Pittsburgh and talk about all things... FITNESS! However, this isn't your stereotypical fitness discussion. We talk about a whole health approach and honoring our bodies. You may be surprised to hear that I don't even own a scale!
