A 40-minute high intensity, high rep workout that incorporates both cardio and strength training. No equipment necessary. 

This workout was created in collaboration with Rebecca Brown of Pure Forme Training. Rebecca Brown is a Pittsburgh-based personal trainer on a mission to help women be tuned into their bodies, honor their energy, and (most importantly) chill out.
